Odin is the Norse mythological god of poetry, death, magic, and war. Aaron Kerr has created a jazz trio album inspired by Odin and his times. Accompanying Aaron and his cello are Justin Deleon on drums and Sean Egan on clarinet, bass clarinet, and piano. A minimalist yet exotic approach was brought to the music, and the album was recorded “live to tape” over three days at IPR studios in Minneapolis, MN.
